A Gainesville-based social services agency will again this winter be offering “energy assistance” to qualifying households with a one-time payment to their “primary heating/utility vendor.”
Households where all applicants are 65 or older or medically homebound (unable to leave their home due to medical reasons) can contact Ninth District Opportunity for an appointment beginning December 2.
