“Crystal Ann Thomas, 37, of Alto, GA was walking South on the Level Grove NorthBound Exit Ramp.
Ms. Thomas ran into traffic as a Northbound vehicle entered the ramp.
Ms. Thomas was struck by the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries.”
