Plans for a group home in South Hall and an office warehouse in the northern part of the county are on the agenda for the Hall County Commission (HCC) meeting April 21.
The group home is planned for a four-acre tract at 4337 Mountain View Road. The applicant is More Ministries, LLC. Details surrounding the proposal were not immediately available.
The office warehouse would be constructed on Old Dahlonega Highway at its intersection with Lodge Drive. Derrick Prater is requesting that the five-acre site be rezoned from Agricultural-1 and Highway Business to Light Industrial. Again, more information was not immediately available.
