An 18-month-old child was run over and killed by a relative Sunday morning, according to Gainesville Police.
“Emergency crews responded to the 200 block of Oakland Drive around 11:00AM for a child that had been run over by a vehicle,” a police Facebook posting says. “Family members were at the residence, one of them went to move a vehicle, resulting in the child being run over.”
No other information was available late Sunday afternoon.
