A 22-year-old man, reportedly in possession of more than a pound of marijuana at the time of his arrest by Gainesville Police, remained in the Hall County Jail without bond Wednesday morning.
Poe Myer Zar is charged with Possession of Marijuana, Distribution of Marijuana, and three counts of Possession and Use of Drug-Related Objects.
“Suspicious vehicle called in at Hampton Inn,” police spokesman Kevin Holbrook wrote in an email, “subject inside had 1.27 pounds of suspected marijuana.”
