A 63-year-old Gainesville man says he lost $191,543 over the past two years in a fraud involving credit card scammers.
The theft occurred between midnight June 6, 2023, and 10:00 Tuesday morning, according to a Gainesville Police Department report. Police opened an investigation when it was reported Tuesday.
