A 21-year-old Gainesville man is being held without bond following his arrest on three counts of statutory rape.
Gainesville Police say Walder Lorenzo Lopez-Lopez allegedly had sex with a girl under 14.
Lopez-Lopez is being held in the Hall County Jail.
There is also a “hold” on him for immigration authorities.
