Plans for townhomes and duplexes are on the agenda for the Nov. 10 meeting of the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board (GPAB).
The applicant for the townhomes is requesting that 13 acres at Old Cornelia Highway and Ridge Road be annexed into the city and zone R-II (Residential-II).
The duplexes, two of them, would be constructed on one-half acre at Lyman Street and Pearl Nix Parkway. The applicant in this case is also requesting annexation and a rezoning to R-II.
