The Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board (GPAB) will conduct a public hearing September 10 on a request that involves plans for 18 condominiums on Grove Street near the Summit Street intersection.
“Request from Raven Residential Group, LLC to vary the Midtown Overlay Zone residential density requirements and parking requirements on a 0.75+- acre tract…having a zoning of Heavy Industrial (H-I,” according to the agenda for the meeting.
Raven is the same group that got city council approval in May to build eleven two-story condominiums on a one-acre tract on Washington Street near Academy.
The planning board will meet at 5:30 at the Gainesville Public Safety Complex on John Morrow Parkway.
