Plans for three duplex homes and a single-family residence are scheduled to go before the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board (GPAB) next month.
Candler Development Services is on the agenda with a request to rezone about two-thirds of an acre on Park Street from Residential One (R-I) to Residential Two (R-II). The tract is between Park Street Place and St. Charles Place.
The board will meet March 10.
