To allow the Gainesville Department of Water Resources (DWR) to install a water main, water service will be interrupted on Gillsville Highway from approximately 10 p.m. Friday-6 a.m. Saturday.
The outage will impact roughly 280 customers from 2557 Gillsville Highway to 3003 Gillsville Highway, including the following:
- Jack Bryant Circle
- John Bryant Lane
- Fishpond Road
- Oak Hill Circle
- Outer Circle
- Laredo Drive
- Mustang Drive
- Maverick Trail
- Six Gun Drive
- Cowpoke Lane
- Bronco Lane
- Joe Parker Road
- Evergreen Hollow Drive
- River Burch Lane
- Joshua Tree Lane
Customers are urged to take necessary precautions to prevent damage to equipment requiring water.
Those traveling in the area are urged to drive carefully, follow all detour signs, and watch for construction workers and equipment during this time.
