Georgia High School Association (GHSA) officials plan to talk next week with Thomas County and Roswell school officials about a possible postponement of their schools’ Class AAAAA seminal final game which is supposed to take place Friday. That’s according to a report in the AJC.
The possibility of a postponement arose after the GHSA decided this week to appeal a Hall County judge’s ruling against it in the ongoing saga that began a week ago with an on-field fight between Gainesville and Brunswick during a playoff game.
A ruling on the appeal is not expected before Monday at the earliest.
