“Around 10:35 a.m., on August 11th, Hall County Fire Rescue responded to 4200 Twin Rivers Dr. in Gainesville. The caller stated that heavy smoke and flames were emitting from the apartment located over the resident’s garage. Crews made an attack on the flames and have extinguished the bulk of the fire. The apartment/garage structure are a total loss. One firefighter was transported from the scene for minor dehydration due to the amount of physical exertion used and from participating on the prior residential fire this morning. The cause of the fire is unknown and is under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.”
