Fraud, bad checks arrest; Arson, fleeing & attempting to elude; Marijuana distribution; DUI, hit-and-run

*A 31-year-old woman has been charged with bad checks and deposit account fraud “greater than $499,” according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was made Saturday morning.

*Arson and fleeing and attempting to elude are among the charges facing a 19-year-old man. He’s also charged with theft by taking and criminal damage to property (2 counts).

*Charges against a 45-year-old man who was arrested early Saturday include marijuana distribution. He’s being held without bond.

*Bond is set at $11,160 for a 40-year-old man recently charged with DUI and three counts of hit-and-run among other things.

Details on these are not likely to be available until Monday at the earliest when local law enforcement administrative offices reopen following the weekend.
