A former FBI agent has been arrested in Forsyth County on child molestation and other related charges.
Sean Patrick Mullis, 58, a Cumming resident, is charged with three counts of child molestation, three counts of tampering with evidence, two counts of eavesdropping or unlawful surveillance, and sexual battery against a child under 16.
Authorities say there are two victims, but Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Stacie Miller said Thursday the incident reports are not available “due to the nature of the charges and the victims are juveniles.”
