One of three Flowery Branch home invasion suspects, featured last week on the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Wanted Wednesday poster, was taken into custody Sunday.
HCSO spokesman Derreck Both said Monday deputies picked up Samuel Lopez up at his residence on Bolding Road Sunday afternoon. Booth did not know the circumstances surrounding his capture, such as what led the offices to his home. Neither did Asst. Flowery Branch Police Chief Todd Templeton when he was contacted Monday.
