Flowery Branch Man Arrested for Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material

A Flowery Branch man was arrested Thursday by investigators from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit for possession of child sexual abuse material.

According to a Hall County Sheriff’s Office narrative, ICAC investigators carried out a search warrant at the residence of 29-year-old Jason Robert Lukos, acting on cybertips received from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

As the search was carried out, a cellphone and electronic tablet belonging to Lukos were taken by investigators.

HCSO, along with digital investigators from the GBI, determined in the initial investigation that the suspect possessed a minimum of ten images of minors involved in sexually explicit behavior.

There are expected to be additional charges following the completion of forensic testing on the electronic devices.

Lukos is charged with 10 felony counts of exploitation of a minor. He remains in the Hall County Jail without bond.
