FCSO: At-fault driver in fatal accident charged

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) said Wednesday morning the at-fault driver in a weekend accident that killed a Dawsonville woman has been charged with Homicide by Vehicle 1st Degree, Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule II, Reckless Driving, 2 counts of Cruelty to Animals, Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Failure to use Seatbelts. Logan Moye, 30, Dahlonega is being held at the Forsyth County Jail on no bond. The update also revealed that two dogs in the woman’s car were also killed.
