The sheriff’s office is transitioning from the MySheriff App to Everbridge.
“Everbridge allows us to send out critical messages to cell towers in specific areas, so everyone in that area will be notified of area dangers, critical missing persons, etc.,” according to a Facebook posting. “However, to receive road closures and law enforcement activity alerts, and other non-critical notifications, you can download and install the Everbridge app on your cell phone.
