A 43-year-old Suwanee man was still in the Hall County Jail early Wednesday morning after being arrested in connection with a $2,500 shoplifting in Flowery Branch.
FLOWERY BRANCH POLICE DEPT. (FBPD) NEWS RELEASE:
“On October 7…Officers with the Flowery Branch
Police Department were notified of a shoplifting incident reported at a
business located in the StoneBridge Shopping Center. The report was in
reference to a theft that had occurred on September 11…involving
merchandise valued at a felony amount.
Following an investigation by Flowery Branch Officers, the suspect was
identified as 43-year-old Joshua Jolley of Suwanee, GA. Based on the
evidence obtained, a warrant for Joshua’s arrest was issued for felony theft
by shoplifting.
(Monday)…Jolley was taken into custody by the Gwinnett
County Police Department on the outstanding warrant. Joshua was later
booked into the Hall County Jail…”
Bond has been set at $7,900.
