HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Following a two-month investigation, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC)
investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) have arrested an 18-year-old Lula
man for possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Jaylen Malik Bell was arrested Tuesday, July 15, 2025, following an interview with
investigators at Hall County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters. He remains in the Hall County
Jail with no bond.
ICAC investigators began their investigation on May 16, 2025, after receiving a cyber tip
from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The investigation
determined Mr. Bell uploaded multiple images of children involved in sexually explicit
conduct to his email account. As a result, investigators obtained a warrant for Mr. Bell’s
arrest.
The suspect has been charged with six (6) counts of sexual exploitation of children.”
