“(Tuesday morning about 8:00) Troopers were dispatched to a single-car crash involving a house on Martin Road near Laurel Oaks Drive.
The investigation found that a Toyota RAV4 was traveling east on Martin Rd. The driver, Baron Ling, age 65, of Jefferson, Ga., had a medical issue, and lost consciousness. The Toyota left the roadway to the right, traveled down an embankment, and struck a house…
