State Rep. Emory Dunahoo (R-Gillsville), joined by pastors from around the state, will hold a press conference in Atlanta Friday to announce the Georgia Prenatal Equal Protection Act.
“Georgia must be a state that applies equal justice under the law to every human being, including our preborn neighbors,” said Dunahoo. “House Bill 441 would be the decisive and resounding end to abortion in our state and ensure that no class of human beings is excluded from legal protection.”
During the press conference, Rep. Dunahoo, End Abortion Now President Pastor Jeff Durbin, Operation Gospel founder Pastor Wes Fuller, Georgia Right to Life President Ricardo Davis and other Georgia pastors will highlight the measure, according to a news release, which would extend enforcement of homicide statutes to include unborn children at every stage from fertilization until birth.
“House Bill 441 is the only truly pro-life bill in the state of Georgia because its aim is to not regulate the murder of our preborn neighbors, but to abolish it,” said Pastor Wes Fuller, founder of Operation Gospel. “Even now HB 441 is threshing, separating those who are truly pro-life and those who are not and when it passes into law there will no longer be a protected class of killers here. There will be equal protection and justice for all people in Georgia and that is what Christ our King has commanded.”
