Drug arrests; Elderly scam victim

*Two people remained in the Hall County Jail early Wednesday afternoon following their arrests Tuesday on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of the drug with intent to distribute. Andrew Lee Flores, 24, and Melanie Martinez, 23, were arrested by Hall County authorities during a raid at a house in the 2000 block of Glendale Drive. A sheriff’s office spokesman says they found 463 grams of marijuana with a street value of $1,650, along with scales and packaging materials. Each was being held without bond.
