Drought conditions have returned to parts of Georgia after an absence of several weeks and four of the six affected counties are in northeast Georgia.
Parts of Franklin, Hart, Madison, and Elbert are included. Parts of Columbia and Lincoln counties are also on the list.
Still, 98 percent of the state remains drought-free.
