*A member of the Hall County state legislative delegation, Rep. Soo Hong (R-Lawrenceville), vice chair of the House Majority Caucus, was recently nominated by House leadership to participate in GOPAC’s 2026 Class of Emerging Leaders. Rep. Hong was selected to be part of a class of 38 legislators from across the country. GOPAC is a Republican state and local political training organization.

The group will also include Jabe Andrews, a junior at Banks County High School; Emma Calin, a junior at North Gwinnett High; and Kaelyn Rhea, a junior at Jefferson High.
