There’s been little change in the expected impact of Hurricane Francine on north Georgia as it moves away from the Gulf Coast.
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ADVISORY:
“As of 7 PM CDT Tuesday, Francine became a hurricane.
Heavier impacts are currently expected to stay to the west of our area with the main threat to our area being increased rainfall as seen in the adjacent graphic.
Winds gusting 30-35 mph are also expected.
