The Cumming City Council has approved an amendment to the City’s Impact Fee Ordinance in order to charge additional fees.
The new fees will be used specifically for fire protection and libraries and will be given to Forsyth County, which provides these services.
The council also approved a Design Development Report which will be conducted as a first step toward future development of a proposed 15 million gallon-per-day wastewater facility, discharging into Lake Lanier.
