A Hall County woman remained in jail without bond late Wednesday night as the GBI awaits autopsy results on the body of a young girl found in the trunk of her car Sunday.
Jessica Maria Motes, 36, is currently charged with concealing a death but additional charges are possible, according to authorities.
So far there has been no word on how Motes and the 4-year-old victim were related.
The case unfolded Sunday when the car containing the child’s body was found in the parking lot of Sam’s in Oakwood. After that, the investigation shifted to a house on Couch Road in South Hall.
