Parks on Lake Lanier that are operated by the Corps of Engineers, which were closed for the winter months, will re-open by the end of the month.
In a recent Facebook post, the Corps said “winter closures are reopening for the 2026 recreation season on March 24th! Day use parks and boat ramps closed during the winter season will be reopened for your favorite summertime activities.”
The Corps honors the USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) Annual pass, as well as the America the Beautiful Pass, for day use park and boat launch fees.
