A $38.5 million contract has been let for the widening and reconstruction of 1.6 miles of Ga. 211 from Pinot Noir Drive to Ga. 347 in Hall, Barrow, and Gwinnett counties.
The state Department of Transportation said Friday the project will “help reduce congestion, improve traffic flow, and enhance safety along one of northeast Georgia’s growing corridors.”
Construction is scheduled to be completed by March 31, 2030.
