Ahead of a planned vote Thursday on a proposed data center in South Hall, county commissioners are planning to visit a data center Tuesday.
According to an announcement from the county, the purpose of the visit is “to gain more information on appearance and operations.”
The facility they will visit is the Equinix AT4 Data Center located at 450 Interstate N Parkway, Atlanta. Data Center Company & Enterprise Network Technologies | Equinix
The notice also specifies that “only pre-approved individuals will be able to visit the
interior of the site as the facility is a restricted access facility.”
