Ceremony planned in memory of GHS baseball player

The family of the Gainesville High School baseball player who died following a freak on-field accident last month plans a public memorial service in his honor this week.

“The Medina family extends a heartfelt invitation to you and your esteemed organization, church, school or sports team to join us in commemorating the life of our beloved Jeremy Medina on Friday, December 29, from 6pm to 8pm at the Gainesville High School Gym. This event is open to the community.
