Gainesville woman facing burglary charge

Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators have arrested a Gainesville woman and located several stolen items related to a residential burglary that happened during the past week. Deputies took custody of Sandra Vanessa Migliore de Peraza, 38, at her residence on Maverick Trail Monday evening.

HCSO NARRATIVE:

“According to the initial investigation, de Peraza entered the victim’s residence in the 4000 block of Green Valley Drive and took several items, including a cell phone, credit cards, social security cards and approximately $250 cash. She committed the crime between Dec. 1 and Dec. 8, while the victim was away. De Peraza and the victim knew one another before the crime.

Following de Peraza’s arrest, deputies recovered several of the stolen items from the Maverick Trail residence.

De Peraza is charged with first-degree burglary and theft by taking, both felonies. She was being held on $11,400 bond in the Hall County Jail on Thursday morning…”
