*One of the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group’s physician assistants (PA) was recently named PA of the Year by the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. Haley Queen received the award after serving as the organization’s its president last year.
*Georgia DOT Commissioner Russell McMurry is getting another $100K raise, boosting his yearly salary to $550K, according to the AJC. McMurry, a former head of the GDOT office in Gainesville, was named commissioner in 2015 at a salary or $250K.
