The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 19 on an application for the annexation and re-zoning of 61 acres now in Hall County.
Brock Built Homes, LLC is asking that the property be rezoned from Planned Unit Development to R-3. Plans call for it to become the site of a 178-unit attached single-family development.
The applicant is also asking for a variance from the required 2,200-square-foot home size to 1,800 square feet for two-story homes and a Special Use approval to permit attached single-family townhomes.
The property is owned by Friendship Road 53, LLC and HP Friendship, LLC.
