(GEORGIA NEWS NETWORK) – The alleged Apalachee High School shooter, 14-year-old Colt Gray, and his father, Colin Gray, had probable cause hearings in Barrow County Superior Court Wednesday.
GBI agents testified that the shooting was meticulously planned by the teenager, who had various writings and drawings in a notebook that appeared to be a plan for how to execute the shooting, along with casualty count estimations.
He faces four counts of murder and many other charges, while his father, who has admitted giving his son the gun used in the shooting as a Christmas gift last year, faces multiple charges as well.
The judge ruled there was enough evidence to continue prosecution.
