Another presidential candidate?; Deadline looming in Fulton DA case; Arrest in shooting death of 3-year-old

*Former Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan might run for president. The “No Labels” group voted Friday to field a candidate. The AJC reports Duncan could be that candidate.  

*Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is expected to rule by Friday on efforts to remove the county’s District Attorney Fani Willis’ office from the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and others.

*A 17-year-old from Lawrenceville has been charged in the drive-by shooting death of a 3-year-old in Athens. The victim was inside his home watching TV at the time. Two other suspects are at large. Police say it appears to have been a gang-related incident.
