A Gainesville woman, already arrested three times for allegedly scamming people out of nearly $100,000, faces new, similar charges.
Gainesville Police said Monday Olga Villareal, 51, is charged in the latest case with stealing from a 30-year-old man who says he was duped out of $5,500 in a rental scam orchestrated by Villareal.
The earlier arrests stemmed from charges she stole $48,000 from several people in a rental scam and $40,000 from a couple in a scheme in which she is also charged with impersonating an immigration agent.
