A way to keep some of your tax $$$ out of Atlanta and at home

The Hall County School District (HCSD) is joining several other systems around the state in a program that allows the public to support local elementary schools at no additional cost to those who participate.

The money, dollars taxpayers must spend anyway, will be used to provide “inclusive” playground equipment at elementary schools.

The district has partnered with the PEACH Education Tax Credit to be a school fundraising partner. This means you can redirect a portion of your state income taxes to the district for the project.

You can sign up by following the four steps on the HCSD website https://bit.ly/3LrmYxf.
