*There’s a huge recall in Georgia and several other states by the FDA of nearly 60 products containing contaminated dairy. A national outbreak of listeria has been linked to cheese, yogurt, and sour cream made by Rizo-Lopez Foods and sold under over a dozen brand names. The recall also includes salad kits, taco kits, and other products sold nationwide that either contain cheese made by Rizo-Lopez Foods or were processed on the same line. The contaminated products were sold at Walmart, Costco, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s.
*A group has claimed responsibility for the cyberattack on the Fulton County government.
The ransomware group LockBit 3.0 claims to have access to Fulton County citizens’ private information. Cybersecurity expert Patrick Kelley tells Atlanta News First the group says they will release sensitive documents if their demands are not met. Kelley says snapshots the group has shared on the dark web show health data from the coroner and the HIV-dedicated department they have.
