New Forsyth judgeship filled

Erin Fowler, a Forsyth County Magistrate Judge, has been chosen by Gov. Kemp to fill a new judgeship in the county’s State Court. The position was created by the state Legislature earlier this year.

Fowler has served as a judge of Magistrate Court since January of 2017. She has also filled in on the Superior Court of the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit and for both the State and Juvenile Courts of Forsyth County.

Prior to joining the bench full-time two years ago, Judge Fowler owned and operated Erin Fowler Law, where she handled domestic, juvenile, and criminal cases.
