Gas prices remain the highest they’ve ever been for this time of year, according to AAA.
In Hall County, the price today per gallon is averaging $3.79, down a dime from last week. The statewide average is $3.81 compared to $3.86 last Monday. And the national average is $4.35 a gallon, compared to $4.40.
This is the first year the national average has been above four dollars a gallon in October, AAA says.
