Now that Isaias has moved on, what’s next?

So, what can we expect “weatherwise” now that Hurricane Isaias has disappeared? Can you say “summerlike weather”? Well, that’s what the weather service says is in store for us – at least for the rest of the week and with a mostly cloudiness sky.

The 7-day outlook for the Gainesville area calls for daytime temperatures as much as ten degrees above normal, ranging from 81 Monday to 88 Friday, with lows in the mid 50s to around 60 and no rain until next weekend.

And the numbers for our stormy weekend? Rainfall around 2.5 inches at the Gainesville airport with wind gusts as high as 46 mph.
