Hurricane Isaias is strengthening over the central Gulf prompting forecasters to issue related watches for most of Georgia including Hall County and the rest of northeast Georgia.
“(The storm) is forecast to move north and approach the northern Gulf Coast on Friday,” the National Weather Service (NWS) says in an early Thursday afternoon advisory. “Confidence and concern are increasing regarding impacts this weekend. Continue to monitor future forecast updates.”
