A third party has now skated into the competition with Forsyth County and Alpharetta in the quest for an NHL team for the Atlanta area, according to the AJC, citing an ESPN report.
NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly recently told ESPN that Anson Carter, a former league star, TV hockey analyst and Atlanta area resident, is the latest.
The AJC says Carter did not immediately respond tp requests for comment.
