Flowery Branch-based Boost Transport has been bought by RTB Holdings, a division of AMX Companies, according to an announced this week by RTB.
Boost is described in an RTB news release as a “provider of managed transportation services, less-than-truckload, parcel, and fulfillment solutions.” And will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership team.
“Boost isn’t going anywhere,” said founder Todd Gailey. “Joining the AMX Companies…means investment in the growth of what we do.”
