Walmart plans to build a “high-tech, next-generation” fulfillment center in Carnesville, creating 1,000 new jobs and bringing $1.3 billion in investment to Franklin County, Gov. Kemp said Thursday.
It’s the second such announcement this month for our corner of the state. The other involves creation of 1,400 jobs in Jackson County. Kemp: New plant in Jackson Co. will mean 1,000+ new jobs
