A 45-year-old man is being held without bond following his arrest Thursday morning on a number of child sex charges. Richard A. Garcia-Hernandez is also being held for immigration authorities. He was booked into the Hall County Jail about 9:45.
Details of the case likely won’t be available until after local law enforcement administrative offices reopen Monday following the holiday weekend.
