*A Buford man is free on bond following his arrest last week by Hall County sheriff’s investigators who charged him with terroristic threats and acts following a dispute over car payments. The sheriff’s office says Michael James Baldwin, 29, the seller, threatened the buyer, a Cleveland man, in text messages he sent him. According to the preliminary investigation, during the dispute, Baldwin sent the buyer messages threatening to kill him and place him in a drum of acid. Baldwin was freed on bonds totaling $5,700 Monday night.
